杭州农家茶楼产业现状及提升对策

摘　　要：杭州农家茶楼产业作为休闲旅游经济的一种形式,为西湖龙井茶乡农民转变传统生产方式、发展现代农业旅游休闲经济、增加茶农经济收入开辟了一条新路。本文综述了杭州农家茶楼产业的发展历程与现状,分析了其存在的问题,提出了促进农家茶楼业发展的对策,以期为增加茶农收入、促进景区新经济发展提供参考。As a form of leisure tourism economy,Hangzhou farm teahouse industry has opened up a new way for farmers in the homeland of West Lake Longjing Tea to transform traditional production methods,develop modern agricultural tourism and leisure economy,and increase tea farmers′economic income.This paper summarized the development history and status of the farm teahouse industry in Hangzhou,analyzed its current problems,and put forward countermeasures to promote the development of farm teahouse industry,so as to provide references for increasing tea farmers′incoming and promoting the new economic development of the scenic spot.
