摘 要:为研究橡胶颗粒掺量和粒径对玻化微珠保温砂浆抗冻性能的影响,选择10%、20%、30%三种掺量和0.38~0.55 mm、0.55~2.36 mm、2.36~4 mm三种粒径范围,将改性橡胶颗粒掺入玻化微珠保温砂浆中,制备了24组保温砂浆试块,进行快速冻融循环试验,分析了质量损失率和相对立方体抗压强度两个指标的变化规律。结果表明:橡胶颗粒能够改善保温砂浆的抗冻性能;橡胶颗粒掺量越高、粒径越小,经历相同次数的冻融循环后,保温砂浆的质量损失率和立方体抗压强度损伤越小,随着冻融循环次数的增加,保温砂浆的质量损失率和立方体抗压强度的下降幅度越平缓,抗冻性能越好;掺量为30%、粒径为0.38~0.55 mm的保温砂浆的抗冻性能最好。The influence of rubber particles content and size on the frost resistance properties of glazed hollow beads thermal insulation mortar was studied.Twenty-four groups of thermal insulation mortar blocks were prepared mixed with modified rubber particles with different replacement content of 10%,20%,30% and different size of 0.38-0.55 mm,0.55-2.36 mm,2.36-4 mm.The mass loss rate and relative cube compressive strength were analyzed after the rapid freeze-thaw cycle test.The results show that rubber particles can improve the frost resistance properties of thermal insulation mortar;When the rubber particles replacement content was higher and the rubber particles size was smaller,the mass loss rate and cubic compressive strength damage of thermal insulation mortar were smaller after the same number of freeze-thaw cycles,and the decline of mass loss rate and cubic compressive strength of thermal insulation mortar was slower with the increase of freezethaw cycles.The frost resistance property of thermal insulation mortar with 30% replacement content and 0.38-0.55 mm particle size is best.
