人民美好生活需要之系统哲学解读

摘　　要：党的十九大提出社会主要矛盾发生了变化,人民需要从"物质文化需要"转变为"美好生活需要"。如何精准把握人民美好生活的需要是学者们关注的热点问题,本文运用系统思维从新时代"人民"内涵的系统解读、人民美好生活新需要的系统分析、解决人民美好生活需要是一项复杂的系统工程三方面加以阐述。认为人民美好生活这一复杂系统主要包括政治生活子系统、社会生活子系统、文化生活子系统、生态生活子系统四个方面,解决人民美好生活需要也要从建设这四个子系统入手。The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the main contradictions in society have changed,and the people need to change from "material and cultural needs" to "the needs of a better life". How to accurately grasp the people’s needs for a better life is a hot issue of concern to scholars. This paper uses systematic thinking to elaborate from three aspects: the systematic interpretation of the connotation of "people" in the new era,the systematic analysis of the people’s new needs for a better life,and the solution of the people’s needs for a better life. It is believed that the complex system of people’s good life mainly includes four subsystems: political life subsystem,social life subsystem,cultural life subsystem and ecological life subsystem.
