摘　　要：膀胱根治性切除尿路重建是治疗肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤的重要方式。国内由于各家医院设备、技术条件等差异,其具体手术方式有所不同。我们采用腹腔镜膀胱癌根治性切除标准淋巴结清扫+改良Studer膀胱术。本文就该术式的手术步骤及技术改进进行介绍。Radical cystectomy plus urinary reconstruction is an important treatment for muscle-invasive bladder tumor.Due to disparities in equipment and technical conditions,different hospitals may adopt different surgical methods.We adopt laparoscopic radical cystectomy plus standard lymph node dissection and modified Studer pouch.This paper introduces the procedures and technical improvements of this operation。
