香砂六君子汤加减辅助治疗活动性胃溃疡患者的效果及对胃动素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察香砂六君子汤加减辅助治疗活动性胃溃疡的效果及对患者胃动素水平的影响。方法选择2017年1月-2019年1月湘西土家族苗族自治州民族中医院接诊的活动性胃溃疡患者97例,按入院顺序随机分为观察组49例和对照组48例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用香砂六君子汤加减治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、治疗前后胃泌素和胃动素水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.92%,高于对照组的81.25%(P <0.05);治疗后,2组胃泌素和胃动素水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P <0.01)。结论香砂六君子加减汤辅助治疗活动性胃溃疡的临床效果较好,可有效调节患者胃泌素和胃动素水平,临床应用价值高,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of Xiangshaliujunzi decoction in adjuvant treatment of active gastric ulcer and its influence on the level of motilin. Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,97 patients with active gastric ulcer admitted to the National Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Hunan Province were selected and divided into observation group 49 cases and control group 48 cases according to the order of admission. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Xiangshaliujunzi decoction. The clinical efficacy,gastrin and motilin levels before and after treatment were compared between the2 groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95. 92%,which was higher than81. 25% in the control group( P < 0. 05);After treatment,the levels of gastrin and motilin in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Xiangshaliujunzi decoction has a good clinical effect in adjuvant treatment of active gastric ulcer. It can effectively adjust the level of gastrin and motilin in patients. It has high clinical application value and is worthy of promotion and application.
