摘 要:目的研究生理性支抗(PASS)矫治技术配合平面导板在矫治闭锁性深覆牙合伴磨牙低位患儿中的临床治疗效果。方法选取2015年1月至2017年11月本院收治的36例闭锁性深覆牙合伴磨牙低位患儿作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,各18例。研究组使用PASS矫治技术配合平面导板技术,对照组使用单独PASS矫治技术对患儿进行治疗,比较两组患儿治疗前后软硬组织变化情况。结果研究组患儿的上、下颌牙列排齐时间、打开咬合时间和矫治结束时间分别为(4.81±1.13)个月、(4.85±1.26)个月、(3.17±1.05)个月和(14.32±3.19)个月,均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿SNA、SNB、ANB、MP-SN、LI-NB距和U6-PP比较差异无统计学意义,研究组其余各项硬组织指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿Stms-Mes、Sn-Stems、B'Li-FH和Z角比较差异无统计学意义,研究组CmSnLs、UL-S-Sn和H角各项软组织指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PASS矫治技术配合平面导板可以有效应用于闭锁性深覆牙合伴磨牙低位患儿的牙齿矫治中,发挥较好的矫治效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical study effects of PASS correction technology coordinated with the flat guide plate to correct patients with latched deep overbite with low-level odontoprisis.Methods 36 patients with latched deep overbite with low-level odontoprisis who were treated in the hospital from January 2015 to November 2017 were selected as research objects and divided into the research and control groups,including 18 patients in each group.PASS correction technology coordinated with the flat guide plate and independent PASS correction technology were used to cure patients.The soft or hard tissue change situations of patients in both groups before and after treatment were compared.Results Upper and lower mandible dentition alignment time,opening occlusion time and correction end time of patients in the research group were(4.81±1.13)months,(4.85±1.26)months,(3.17±1.05)months and(14.32±3.19)months,which were obviously lower than the control grup(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups of children except for SNA,SNB,ANB,MP-SN,LI-NB distance and U6-PP.The other hard tissue indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of children except for Stms-Mes,Sn-Stems,B'Li-FH and Z angle.The soft tissue indexes of the study group CmSnLs,UL-S-Sn and H angle were all Significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PASS correction technology coordinated with the flat guide plate can be effectively applied in the tooth correction of patients with the latched deep overbite with low-level odontoprisis and develop a good correction effect,thus it is suitable for wide application and promotion.
