摘 要:目的探讨两种不同横截面形状方丝受力对下牙列稳定性的影响。方法建立含矫正器-下颌骨-下牙列-牙周膜的有限元模型。工况一为结扎0.43×0.64mm传统方丝,工况二为结扎0.64×0.43mm带状弓丝,分别在46与47牙间弓丝中点,垂直施加30N的龈向力,观察弓丝、下牙列的应力分布及位移趋势。结果两种工况下弓丝与牙列位移趋势基本一致。弓丝位移均以龈向为主,带状弓受力后的位移趋势小于传统弓丝。下牙列位移均表现为47>46>45,其余牙位移不明显。右下后牙均表现为颊向位移>龈向位移>远中向位移。47牙三个轴向的位移在带状弓工况下均略小于传统方丝。46牙在带状弓工况下龈向的位移略小于传统方丝。两种结扎工况下牙根等效应力均是46>47>45>44。47牙在结扎带状弓工况下牙根等效应力小于传统方丝。两种结扎工况下牙周膜等效应力均是47>46>45>44。47、46牙在结扎带状弓工况下牙周膜等效应力小于传统方丝。结论结扎带状弓对下牙列的稳定性略强于传统弓丝。Objective To investigate the effect of force exerted by square wires with two different cross-sectional shapes on dentition stability.Methods The3D finite element models including bracket-mandible-lower dentition-periodontal ligamentwere established.The working conditions were divided into ligation of 0.43×0.64mm traditional edgewise wire and 0.64×0.43mm ribbon arch wire.At the midpoint of arch wire between 46 and 47 teeth,a gingival force of 30N was applied vertically.The stress distribution anddisplacementof lower dentition and arch wire were analyzed.Results The displacement trend of arch wire and dentition is consistent under two conditions.The arch wire displacement was mainly gingival.The displacement trend of the ribbon arch is smaller than that of the edgewise wire.The displacement of the lower dentition was 47>46>45,and the displacement of other teeth was not obvious.The right lower posterior teeth showed buccal displacement>gingival displacement>distal displacement.The displacement of 47 teeth in three axial directions was slightly less than that of edgewise wire under the condition of ribbon arch.The gingival displacement of 46 teeth was slightly less than that of traditional edgewisewire under the condition of ribbon arch.The root equivalent stress under the two ligation conditions were 46>47>45>44.The root equivalent stress of 47 teeth was less than that of traditional edgewise wire under the condition of ligation of ribbon arch.The equivalent stress of periodontal ligament under two ligation conditions were 47>46>45>44.The equivalent stress of periodontal ligament of 47 and 46 teeth was less than that of traditional edgewise wireunder the condition of ligation of ribbon arch.Conclusion The stability of the posterior teeth of ligation ribbon arch is slightly stronger than that of traditional edgewise wire.
