数字贸易视阈下对国际商务高技能人才培养的思考

摘　　要：数字贸易已成为后疫情时代我国传统外贸转型升级、发展外贸新业态的创新模式。以多科性、复合型为核心的人才需求特征导致众多高校培养输送的商务人才难以满足数字贸易快速发展的需要。从目前数字贸易视阈下人才供求的特点及问题着手,界定了国际商务高技能人才的内涵,剖析了我国目前在培养数字贸易高技能人才方面尚存的不足,最后从课程设置、师资队伍、产教结合、社会服务等方面提出数字贸易视阈下国际商务高技能人才的若干对策。Digital trade has become an innovative model for the transformation and upgrading of China's traditional foreign trade and the development of new forms of foreign trade in the post-epidemic era.The multi-disciplinary and inter-disciplinary talent demand makes it difficult for many colleges and universities to train and deliver business talents to meet the needs of the rapid development of digital trade.From the current digital trade under the perspective of the characteristics and problems of talent supply and demand,the study defines the connotation of international business skills,analyzes our country deficiency currently in promoting the digital trade skills,and finally puts forward several countermeasures from the curriculum,teaching staff,the combination of production and education and social services.
