摘 要:虚拟实践教学是开放教育领域中的一次探索,符合在职学习者的特点。在社会工作行政课程虚拟社会组织实践中,将学习者置身于知识所在的日常和科学实践情景中,帮助学习者理解与掌握,提高实践参与的积极性,强化实践教学的效果,不过在此过程中面临着新的问题,还需从伦理、技巧、引导、效果等四个方面进行反思。Virtual practice teaching is an exploration in the field of open education,which is in line with the characteristics of in-service learners.In the practice of virtual social organization of the social work administration course,learners are placed in the daily and scientific practice scenarios where the knowledge is located,which helps learners to understand and master,increasing their enthusiasm of practical participation and strengthen the effect of practical teaching.However,facing new problems in this process,we need to reflect on the four aspects of ethics,skills,guidance and effects.
