摘　　要：学生支持服务是影响远程教育质量的一个重要因素。以省域开放大学学生支持服务为研究对象,选取国内外有代表性的8名学者的相关文献,运用文献微分析法、德尔菲法及问卷调查法,以类属—属性—维度三级编码作为基本框架,识别学生支持服务的构成要素与关键维度,析出导学支持、资源支持、人力支持、技术支持、管理支持、文化(情感)支持6类24个指标因子,构建学生支持服务要素理论模型。从省域开放大学教师及管理者视角,对学生支持服务要素加以归类研究,发现导学支持是学生支持服务的核心要素,人力支持则是影响服务质量的关键所在。在信息化时代,建立学习共同体、创设良好的校园文化氛围则是消弭信息技术所产生疏离感的有效路径。学生支持服务的要素识别与理论模型构建,有助于提高远程教育院校学生支持服务质量。Student support service is an important factor affecting the quality of distance education.The student support services of provincial open universities are taken as the research object,this paper selects the relevant literature of 8 representative scholars at home and abroad,uses the literature micro-analysis method,the Delphi method and the questionnaire survey method,and takes the three-level coding of Generation-Attribution-Dimension as the basic framework to identify the constituent elements and key dimensions of the student support service.As a result,24 index factors are separated out which belong to 6 categories such as the guidance support,resource support,manpower support,technical support,management support and cultural(emotional)support,and a theoretical model of student support service elements is constructed.From the perspective of teachers and managers of provincial Open University,this paper classifies and studies the elements of student support service.It is found that guidance support is the core element of student support service,and human support is the key to affect the quality of service.In the information age,establishing learning community and creating a good campus cultural atmosphere are effective ways to eliminate the alienation caused by information technology.The elements identification and a theoretical model construction of student support service are helpful to improve the quality of student support services provided by distance education institutions.
