摘　　要：本文在需求分析理论框架下,对六年制本科临床医学专业(MBBS)医学汉语课程进行了目标情景分析。经分析,本文找出了学生使用医学汉语的12个典型交际事件、24个交际行为,并在此基础上确定了34个交际功能项目。本文认为,MBBS医学汉语教学应侧重医患对话听说技能和医疗文件阅读技能的教学,重视对客观情况的表述、对理性认识的表达和表达使令三类交际功能项目的教学。This article makes a target situation analysis on medical Chinese for MBBS students based on the demand analysis theory.In the analysis,12 typical communicative events,24 communicative behaviors and 34 communicative functions of MBBS students using medical Chinese were identified.This article suggests that the teaching of medical Chinese for MBBS students should focus on the listening and speaking skills on doctor-patient conversations and the reading skills on medical documents,as well as three types of communicative functions:the expression of objective circumstances,the expression of rational knowledge,and the expression of commands.
