摘　　要：目的探讨颧面部骨折用头皮冠状切口对面神经颧颞支的保护方法。方法对颧面部骨折患者用头皮冠状切口进行治疗的病例资料进行回顾性分析和总结。结果共有38例颧面部骨折患者全部治愈,术后面部外形满意,张口度恢复正常,无一例发生永久性面神经颧颞支损伤。结论颧面部骨折,行头皮冠状切口治疗,只要注意皮瓣翻的层次,以及规范的手术操作,骨折可充分复位,疤痕不留于面部,损伤面神经颧颞支的机会很小。Objective To investigate the method of protecting the facial nerve branch from the scalp coronary incision in the facial fracture.Methods A retrospective analysis and summary of the treatment of patients with facial fractures with a scalp coronal incision.Results A total of 38 patients with facial and facial fractures were cured.The facial shape was satisfactory,the mouth opening was normal,and no permanent facial nerve injury occurred.Conclusion For the treatment of facial fractures and scalp coronary incision,as long as the level of flap flapping and the standard surgical operation are observed,the fracture can be fully restored,the scar is not left on the face,and the chance of damage to the facial nerve is small.
