摘  要:受疫情影响,我国进出口贸易大幅受挫,食品贸易重要性凸显。作为世界第一大经济体、最大的农产品贸易市场、我国第二大农产品出口市场、"丝绸之路经济带"和"21世纪海上丝绸之路"共同的最后闭合区,欧盟形势不容乐观。因此,中欧着力开展深化多领域的合作。食品标准是民生保障、经贸往来的关键之一,从贸易背景、法律基础、历史沿革、现状分析等方面,理顺中欧食品标准体系整体逻辑的异同以及典型指标的差异,有利于突破技术壁垒,促进产业发展、标准互认、互联互通,促进"一带一路"沿线多种形式的食品贸易合作。Affected by the pandemic, China’s import and export trade has experienced a tremendous decline. But the importance of food trade has become even more prominent. As the largest economy of the world, the largest agricultural product trade market, the second largest agricultural product export market of China, the final closed area shared by the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and the "21 st Century Maritime Silk Road", the EU is not in an optimistic situation. Therefore, China and Europe strive to deepen cooperation in multiple fields. Food standards are one of the keys to ensuring economic and trade exchanges and people’s livelihood. From the aspects of trade background, legal basis, historical evolution and global status, this paper analyzed the similarities and disparities in the overall logic between the China and Europe food standard systems, and sorted out the differences in typical indicators. That will be conducive to breaking through technical barriers, promoting industrial development, mutual recognition of standards and interconnectivity, and facilitating various forms of food trade cooperation along "the Belt and Road".
