摘 要:针对某纯电动汽车开发电控机械变速器(EMT)控制系统,可靠性试验阶段普遍出现高挡侧换挡拨块早期异常磨损,导致无法正常换挡。为解决该问题,从执行机构换挡过程及磨损原因展开分析,围绕造成单侧磨损的换挡力控制策略、同步转速差及拨叉位置精确控制等因素,随机选取样件开展高挡、低挡换挡力差异对比,捕捉分析换挡异常过程数据,提出相应的改进措施。后续台架试验结果表明:换挡拨块磨损量均在产品允许的范围内,改进措施有效。The control system of electronic mechanical transmission(EMT)developed for a pure elec⁃tric vehicle cannot shift normally due to abnormal wear of shift block at high gear side in reliability test stage.In order to solve this problem,the shift process and wear reasons of the actuator were analyzed.Based on the factors such as shift force control strategy,synchronous speed difference and accurate con⁃trol of shift fork position,samples were randomly selected,the shift force difference between high gear and low gear was compared,the abnormal shift process data was captured and analyzed.The corre⁃sponding improvement measures were put forward.The subsequent bench test results show that the wear of the shift block is within the allowable range of the product,so the measures are effective.
