摘  要:采用拓扑优化方法,将有限元法与变密度法相结合,以变速器箱体的质量最小化为目标,将轴承座孔处位移和箱体最大应力作为约束进行拓扑优化。根据优化结果对箱体模型进行二次设计及分析,结果表明:优化后箱体的质量减轻9.98%,并且满足强度使用要求。By using topology optimization method,the finite element method was combined with the variable density method,the mass minimization of the gearbox was taken as the objective function,the displacement of the bearing housing hole and the maximum stress of the box were taken as the con⁃straints for topological optimization.According to the optimization results,the secondary design and analysis of the box model show that the box mass is reduced by 9.98%after the optimization and meets the requirements of the strength.
