摘　　要：目的观察养血清脑颗粒辅助治疗老年眩晕的临床疗效。方法选取2018年9月1日-2019年9月1日福建省福鼎市医院/福建中医药大学附属福鼎医院收治的老年眩晕患者90例,应用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加服养血清脑颗粒治疗。比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后眩晕残障程度评定量表(DHI)评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93. 33%,高于对照组的77. 78%(χ2=4. 406,P=0. 036);治疗后,2组躯体评分、精神评分、功能评分及总评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P <0. 01)。结论养血清脑颗粒辅助治疗老年眩晕临床疗效好,可提高老年患者生活质量、自理能力及心理状态。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangxue Qingnao granules in adjuvant treatment of senile vertigo. Methods 90 patients with senile vertigo admitted to Fuding Hospital/Fuding Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 1 st,2018 to September 1 st,2019 were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table,45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Yangxue Qingnao granules in addition to the treatment of the control group. The clinical efficacy and DHI scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group( 93. 33%) was higher than that in the control group( 77. 78%)( χ~2= 4. 406,P = 0. 036);After treatment,the physical score,mental score,function score and total score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group( P <0. 01). Conclusion Yangxue Qingnao granule is effective in treating senile patients with vertigo,and it can improve the quality of life,self-care ability and psychological state of elderly patients.
