摘　　要：目的探讨2017年-2019年3年间北京市泌尿外科住院医师规范化培训第二阶段临床综合技能考核结果的变化趋势和总体结果。方法回顾性分析近3年北京市泌尿外科住院医师规范化培训二阶段考试中87名考生的成绩。将历年考生依据来源分为A、B二组,A组为三级及以上医院(含各大医学院校附属或教学医院)和B类为其它医院来源,应用卡方检验分析A、B组考生考试通过率的差异和3年来变化趋势。结果2017年-2019年考生总数分别为25、30、32名,其中A组分别为6、16、16名;B组分比为19、14、16名。考试总通过率分别为72.0%,96.7%和96.9%,且2018、2019年总通过率明显高于2017年(P<0.01),2017年三级医院和临床教学医院总体通过率高于其它医院(P<0.05)。结论北京市泌尿外科住院医师规范化培训二阶段临床综合技能考试3年考试通过率稳步提高,三级医院和临床教学医院总体通过率高且水平稳定,对复杂病例的掌握水平较好。Objective To investigate and analyze the outcomes of the second-staged examination of Beijing urological residents following the standardized training from 2017 to 2019.Methods A retrospective record review was conducted of Beijing urological residents who underwent the second staged examination from 2017 to 2019.There were totally 87 residents for the second-staged examination during the past 3 years.They were divided into two groups according to their original hospital.And their outcomes were compared.Results There were totally 25,30,32 residents enrolled from 2017 to 2019.The A group were 6,16,16 residents respectively and the B group were 19,14,16 residents respectively.The total passing rate were 72%,96.7%and 96.9%respectively from 2017 to 2019.The passing rate of 2017 is much lower than 2018 and 2019(P<0.01).The pass rate of residents from teaching hospital or large scale hospital was higher than the residents from other hospital in 2017(P<0.05).Conclusion From 2017 to 2019,the higher pass rate was appeared in the second-staged examination of Beijing urological residents following the standardized training.The pass rate is high and stable in the group of residents from teaching hospital or large scale hospital.
