摘 要:目的:探究在管理创新和价值创造背景下,影响提升人力资源服务业质量的主要因素。方法:以243名河北省人力资源服务业从业人员为研究对象,采用问卷调查法进行研究。结果:①相较于人力资源服务低水平组,高水平组具有更高的自我效能感;②人力资源服务高水平组比低水平组在胜任力素质方面得分更高;③在领导风格方面,与交易型领导风格和放任型领导风格相比,变革型领导风格下,高水平人力资源服务组得分高于低水平组。结论:①高自我效能感有利于实现更高水平人力资源服务的工作绩效和激发员工创新活力;②胜任力是区分表现人力资源服务水平优异与平庸的有效指标,基于胜任力进行差异化培训有助于完善人力资源管理体系;③变革型领导风格能够有效提升员工工作绩效,激发员工坚持创新的信心。Purpose:Explore the main factors that influence the improvement of human resource service quality under the background of management innovation and value creation.Methods:243 employees of human resource service industry in Hebei province were selected as the research objects and the questionnaire method was adopted to conduct the research.Results:①Compared with the low level group of task performance,the high level group has a higher sense of self-efficacy;②The group with higher quality of human resource management scored higher in competency than the low level group;③In terms of leadership style,compared with transactional leadership style and laissez-faire leadership style,the high level group scored higher than the low level group under transformational leadership style.Conclusion:①A high level of self-efficacy is conducive to achieving better work performance and stimulating employees'innovation vitality;②Competency is an effective indicator to distinguish excellent performance from mediocre performance,differentiation training based on competency is helpful to improve the human resource management system;③Transformational leadership style can effectively improve employees'work performance,stimulate employees'innovation and create confidence.
