摘　　要：目的研究在幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的治疗中,采用不同含铋剂四联方案对于患者治疗效果与对于患者胃蛋白酶的影响.方法选取我院收治的100例幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为本次研究对象,按照用药方案的不同分为A、B两组,两组各分配患者50例.治疗完成后对比两组患者的Hp根除率、胃蛋白酶原PGI、PGⅡ以及PGI/PGⅡ水平.结果治疗结束后,A组患者的Hp根除率明显高于B组患者的Hp根除率,组间差异明显(P<0.05);而在胃蛋白酶原含量方面,A组患者的PGI、PGⅡ以及PGI/PGⅡ水平均明显高于B组,组间差异明显(P<0.05).结论在幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的治疗中,采用胶体酒石酸秘胶囊、左氧氟沙星、阿莫西林、艾司奥美拉唑四联方案进行治疗,能够有效提升Hp根除率,强化胃黏膜的胃蛋白酶原分泌能力,值得临床推广应用.Objective To study and analyze the therapeutic effect of different bismuth-containing quadruple regimens on patients with helicoharter pylori positive chronic atrophic gastritis and the influence of pepsin on patients.Methods 100 patients with Helicoharter pylori positive chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to our hospital were selected as the objects of this study.The patients were selected from January 2018 to February 2019,and were divided into two groups according to different drug regimes,A and B,with 50 patients assigned to each of the two groups.After completion of treatment compared two groups of patients with Hp eradicate rate,pepsin,PGI,PG II and Pd/PG II levels.Results After treatment,Hp eradication rate in group A was significantly higher than that in group B,with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).In respect of pepsin content,A group of patients with PGI,PG II and PGI/PG II levels were significantly higher than that of group B,the clear difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with heliroharter pylori positive chronic atrophir gastritis,the comhinalion of colloidal Tartrate capsule,levofloxacin,amoxicillin and esomeprazole can effectively improve the eradication rate of Hp and enhance the pepsinogen secretion capacity of gastric mucosa,which is worthy of clinical application.
