摘　　要：对鲜杏切割取核加工设备的关键技术及创新点进行了说明。鲜杏清洗切瓣取核一体化设备,能够自动完成对鲜杏的上料、送料、清洗、切瓣和取核等作业。该设备的成功研发将对杏农脱贫致富、提高鲜杏附加值和加强生态保护起积极作用。Key technology and innovation of fresh apricot cutting and coring processing equipment were described.Integrated equipment of fresh apricot cleaning,cutting and coring could automatically complete operations of loading,feeding,cleaning,cutting and coring of fresh apricot.Successful research and development of the equipment would play a positive role in helping apricot farmers get rid of poverty,improve added value of fresh apricot and strengthen ecological protection.
