摘　　要：目的探讨社会支持对肝癌患者微波消融术后自我管理的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2019年10月间陕西延安大学附属医院收治的行微波消融术的180例肝癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组90例。两组患者均采用常规干预,观察组患者联合社会支持干预,采用社会支持评定量表和慢性病自我管理行为量表对两组患者进行评价比较。结果干预后,观察组患者家庭支持、主观支持、客观支持和对支持的利用度得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者自我管理行为、认知性症状管理实践、医生沟通和运动锻炼维度得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。患者社会支持与自我管理能力呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(r=0.67,P<0.05)。结论社会支持干预能提高肝癌微波消融术患者的自我管理能力,促进康复。Objective To analyze the effect of social support on self-management in patients in patients undergoing microwave ablation for liver cancer.Methods One hundred and eighty patients with liver cancer who underwent microwave ablation at Yan'an University Affiliated Hospital from March 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group using random number table method with 90 patients in each group.Both groups were given conventional intervention,and moreover the observation group was given social support.Patients in the two groups were evaluated using the social support rating scale(SSRS)and chronic disease self-management behavior scale(CDSMS).Results After intervention,the scores of availability of family support,subjective support,objective support and self-management were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).After intervention,scores of self-management behaviors,cognitive symptom management,doctor-patient communication and physical training and exercise were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Social support was positively associated with self-management abilities(P<0.05).Conclusion Social support can improve self-management abilities and promote rehabilitation in patients with liver cancer undergoing microwave ablation.
