摘　　要：双侧对称性桥臂、大脑脚梗死为极其罕见的后循环梗死。本文分析了1例合并双侧对称性桥臂和大脑脚梗死的患者,并回顾文献,通过详细的病史资料及影像检查等明确病因。Bilateral middle pontine brachium and cerebral peduncula infarction is an extremely rare posterior circulation infarction.This article analyzed a patient with bilateral middle pontine brachium and cerebral peduncula infarction,reviewed the literature,and determined the cause through detailed medical history and imaging examinations.
