摘　　要：目的分析苯丙胺类精神活性物质依赖患者彩色多普勒超声心动图的改变及意义。方法回顾性分析苯丙胺类精神活性物质依赖所致精神障碍住院患者161例(药物依赖组)和119例健康体检人群(对照组)彩色多普勒超声心动图检查结果。比较两组超声心动图的改变,分析其年龄和性别差异。结果药物依赖组彩色多普勒超声心动图异常者发生率为61.5%,高于对照组的19.3%(P<0.01)。药物依赖组中,左室肥厚和/或扩大22例(13.7%),LVEF和/或LVFS减低11例(6.8%),E/A<129例(18.0%),瓣膜返流37例(23.0%)。药物依赖组的超声心动图改变无性别差异(P>0.05),但≥40岁者的发生率高于<40岁者(69.0%vs.1.5%)(P<0.01)。结论苯丙胺类精神活性物质可致心脏实质性不可逆损害,应该加强苯丙胺类药物知识的宣教,防止其滥用。Objective To analyze the changes and significance of color Doppler echocardiography in amphetamine-based psychoactive substance-dependant patients.Methods The data of color Doppler echocardiography from 161 patients with amphetamine-based psychoactive substance dependence(group A)and 119 people underwent health examination(group B)were retrospectively analyzed.The echocardiography changes were compared between the two groups.The age and gender differences of echocardiography changes in group A were analyzed.Results The incidence of abnormal color Doppler echocardiography in group A was higher than that in group B(61.5%vs.19.3%)(P<0.01).The echocardiography of group A showed that left ventricular hypertrophy and(or)enlargement were diagnosed in 22 cases(13.7%),LVEF and(or)LVFS reduction were diagnosed in 11 cases(6.8%),E/A<1 was seen in 29 cases(18.0%),valvular regurgitation was diagnosed in 37 cases(23.0%).There was no significant difference in gender difference of echocardiography changes between the two groups(P>0.05),while the incidence of abnormal color Doppler echocardiography in group A was higher in the patients aged≥40 years old than those aged<40 years old(69.0%vs.1.5%)(P<0.01).Conclusion Amphetamine psychoactive substances can cause substantial irreversible cardiac damages.It is suggested that the education about amphetamine-type drugs use needs to be enhanced to prevent abuse.
