摘 要:基于单案例研究方法,概括总结制造业企业技术核心能力形成途径。通过对海尔集团案例分析发现,其技术核心能力形成途径呈现出多样化特征。其中,热水器产业线技术核心能力的形成途径主要是基于用户需求持续的技术改进、整合全球范围内的技术资源并建立技术合作关系、技术跨界融合;洗衣机产业线技术核心能力的形成途径则主要包括技术引进后的消化吸收、技术知识沉淀后的自主研发、兼并或收购以后的技术整合3种方式。Based on the single-case study method, this paper summarizes the way to form the technical core competence of manufacturing enterprises. Through the case study on Haier Group, it is found that the ways to form the technical core competence are diversified. Among them, the main way to form the technical core competence of water heater industrial line is mainly based on the continuous technological improvement based on user needs, integration of global technical resources and establishment of technical cooperation, cross-border integration of technologies;and the way to form the technical core competence of the washing machine industry line and water heaters are different, it mainly includes three ways: digestion and absorption after technology introduction, independent research and development after technology knowledge precipitation, technology integration after merger or acquisition.
