摘 要:母亲抑郁是值得关注的重要公共卫生问题,不仅给母亲本人造成疾病负担,而且会对儿童精神健康产生潜在影响。回顾近年来母亲抑郁与儿童精神障碍相关的研究,发现母亲抑郁与儿童抑郁障碍、注意缺陷多动障碍显著相关。母亲抑郁与儿童精神障碍的理论基础是胎儿规划假说、素质应激模型和整合模型。精神障碍代际传递的生理机制是母亲抑郁影响儿童的基因、催产素、皮质醇及皮肤电反应,心理机制是儿童的认知功能障碍及情绪失调。Maternal depression is an important public health issue of concern,not only for the burden of illness on the mother herself,but also for the potential impact on children's mental health.A review of recent studies on maternal depression and child psychiatric disorders shows that maternal depression is significantly associated with childhood depressive disorders and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorders.The theoretical bases of maternal depression and child mental disorders are fetal programming hypothesis,diathesis-stress model,and integrative model.The physiological mechanism of the intergenerational transmission of mental disorders is the change of genes,oxytocin,cortisol,and galvanic skin response by the mother's depression in children,and the psychological mechanisms are the cognitive dysfunction and emotional disorders in children.
