摘　　要：目的探讨鼻窦内窥镜术辅助低剂量克拉霉素治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的效果及其对血清TIgE、ECP、炎性因子影响。方法选择2019年3月-2020年2月于本院治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的56例患者作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法将其分为参照组与研究组,每组各28例,参照组采用鼻窦内窥镜术治疗,研究组在参照组基础上采用低剂量克拉霉素治疗,观察和比较两组患者的临床总有效率、血清TIgE、ECP、炎性因子(CRP、IL-1β)。结果研究组总有效率高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组血清TIgE、ECP、CRP、IL-1β水平低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在内窥镜手术辅助低剂量克拉霉素治疗可有效缓解炎症,降低血清TIgE、ECP与炎性因子水平,也能增强治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery assisted with low-dose clarithromycin in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis and its influence on serum tige,ECP and inflammatory factors.Methods 56 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis treated in our hospital from March 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the reference group and the study group according to different treatment methods,with 28 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with endoscopic sinus surgery,and the study group was treated with low-dose clarithromycin on the basis of the reference group.The clinical total effective rate,serum tige and EC of the two groups were observed and compared P.Inflammatory factors(CRP,IL-1β).Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the serum tige,ECP,CRP,IL-1βlevels of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Endoscopic surgery assisted with low-dose clarithromycin can effectively relieve inflammation,reduce serum tige,ECP and inflammatory factors,and also enhance the therapeutic effect.
