能谱CT碘基物质分析对鼻咽癌临床诊断的价值

摘　　要：目的探析鼻咽癌患者临床诊断中能谱CT碘基物质分析方法的应用价值。方法抽取2018年3月-2020年3月间于我院经病理检查确诊为鼻咽部病变的104例患者进行研究,根据病理分型差异将42例鼻咽癌患者设为观察组、62例鼻咽炎症患者则设为对照组。两组患者均行能谱CT碘基物质分析检查,对比实验组和对照组的不同分期病灶碘浓度值和碘浓度比差异。结果实验组和对照组的不同分期病灶碘浓度值和碘浓度比差异均较大(P < 0.05),对比组间数据发现各分期实验组的病灶碘浓度和碘浓度比数据均较高。结论鼻咽部病变患者经能谱CT碘基物质分析能够明确病灶部位的碘浓度和碘浓度比数据水平,根据对患者上述数据水平的甄别,便能够较精确的区分判断鼻咽部病变患者的疾病类型,在鼻咽癌患者诊断中有着一定的作用。Objective To explore the application value of spectral CT in the clinical diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 104 patients with nasopharynx lesions confirmed by pathological examination in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected for the study.According to the difference of pathological types,42 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were set as the observation group,and 62 patients with nasopharyngitis were set as the control group.The two groups of patients underwent spectral CT iodine based substance analysis,and compared the iodine concentration and iodine of different stages of lesions in the experimental group and the control group Concentration ratio difference.Results There were significant differences in iodine concentration and iodine concentration ratio between the experimental group and the control group at different stages(P<0.05).Conclusions The data level of iodine concentration and iodine concentration ratio can be determined by spectral CT iodine based material analysis in patients with nasopharyngeal lesions.According to the screening of the above data levels,we can accurately distinguish and judge the disease types of patients with nasopharyngeal lesions,which has a certain role in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
