摘  要:目的分析并讨论甲状腺术中喉返神经喉外分支解剖显露特征及对提升安全性的意义。方法选取2018年1月~2019年12月在我院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科就诊的140例甲状腺手术患者进行课题研究,运用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=70例)和观察组(n=70例)。观察组在术中采用喉返神经喉外分支解剖显露的方式,对照组采用不刻意显露喉返神经的方式,观察两组的喉返神经损伤情况。结果对照组的喉返神经损伤率为8.57%,明显高于观察组(P < 0.05)。结论在甲状腺术中充分显露喉返神经喉外分支的解剖特征,有助于减少喉返神经损伤,促进患者的术后康复及预后。Objective To analyze and discuss the anatomical features of the extralaryngeal branch of the recurrent laryngeal nerve during thyroid surgery and its significance in improving safety.Methods Selected 140 patients undergoing thyroid surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 in the Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery of our hospital for the subject research,using a random number table method to divide them into a control group(n=70 cases)and an observation group(n=70 cases).In the observation group,the recurrent laryngeal nerve was anatomically exposed during the operation,and the control group was used to inadvertently expose the recurrent laryngeal nerve to observe the recurrent laryngeal nerve injury in the two groups.Results The injury rate of the recurrent laryngeal nerve in the control group was 8.57%,which was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusions Fully revealing the anatomical features of the extralaryngeal branch of the recurrent laryngeal nerve during thyroid surgery can help reduce the recurrent laryngeal nerve injury and promote the postoperative recovery and prognosis of the patient.
