摘　　要：2020年07月10日,我科成功配合1例鼻腔上颌骨鳞状细胞癌行气管切开+双侧颈部淋巴结清扫+右侧上颌骨切除+右侧鼻面唇部皮肤切除+复合组织瓣移植术,手术顺利,效果满意。完备的人员和物品准备,充足的围手术期观察,熟练的手术配合以及全面的手术管理,是顺利完成手术的必要条件。On July 10th,2020,our department successfully cooperated with a case of squamous cell carcinoma of nasal cavity and maxilla for tracheotomy+bilateral neck lymph node dissection+right maxilla resection+right nose,face and lip skin resection+composite tissue flap transplantation.The operation was smooth and the effect was satisfactory.Complete preparation of personnel and articles,adequate perioperative observation,skilled operation cooperation and comprehensive operation management are the necessary conditions for successful operation.
