摘 要:为了降低软硬件的复杂度和成本,提出一种适用于永磁同步电机的等效SVPWM调制方法。该方法无需采集相电流,将一个电周期的SVPWM波形分成360份,对应电角度为0°~360°,预先生成一个电周期的SVPWM调制波形数据表;利用角度传感器获取转子位置角度和转速,采用速度闭环控制,速度环输出调制波形幅值并辅以超前角,通过查表法实现永磁同步电机驱动控制;PWM模块采用16 kHz开关频率驱动MOS管并以中心对称方式输出PWM波形。试验结果验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。In order to reduce the complexity and cost of software and hardware,an equivalent SVPWM modulation method is proposed for the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),which does not need to collect phase current.The SVPWM waveform of an electric period is divided into 360 parts,and the corresponding electric angle is from 0 to 360 degrees to generate a SVPWM waveform data table of an electric period.An angular sensor is used to obtain the position angle and rotation speed of the rotor,and the speed closed-loop control is adopted to output the amplitude of the modulation waveform combined with the lead angle,and the PMSM is controlled by the look-up table method.The PWM module uses 16 kHz switching frequency to drive MOS and output the PWM wave in symmetrical form.The experimental results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
