探讨超声引导下粗针穿刺活检在乳腺癌诊疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的总结乳腺癌诊疗应用超声引导下粗针穿刺活检的临床价值。方法我院在2016年4月至2018年9月共接诊80例疑似乳腺癌患者。经患者同意后均实施超声引导下粗针穿刺活检,同时实施组织病理学诊断,回顾分析所有患者采取超声引导下粗针穿刺活检的相关资料。结果80例患者经组织病理学诊断,其中良性病变患者18例、乳腺癌62例,超声引导下粗针穿刺活检对乳腺癌诊断准确率为98.75%、特异度为100.00%、灵敏度为98.38%。根据穿刺活检诊断结果给予患者手术治疗,患者通过手术治疗、化疗等取得了较好效果,无相关并发症发生。结论超声引导下实施粗针穿刺活检能够用于乳腺癌疾病的诊断,并为患者的治疗方案奠定基础,总体诊断准确率、特异性以及灵敏度较高,可作为乳腺癌诊断的重要方法。Objective To summarize the clinical value of ultrasound guided needle biopsy for diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.Methods Eighty cases of suspected breast cancer were admitted in our hospital between April 2016 and September 2018.After the consent of the patient,the ultrasound guided needle puncture biopsy was performed,and the histopathological diagnosis was performed.The relevant data of ultrasound guided needle puncture biopsy were reviewed and analyzed in all patients.Results Eighty patients were diagnosed by Histopathology,including 18 cases of benign lesions and 62 cases of breast cancer.The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound guided crude needle biopsy was 98.75%,specifi city was 100.00%,and sensitivity was 98.38%.According to the diagnostic results of puncture biopsy,the patient was given surgical treatment.The patient obtained good results through surgical treatment and chemotherapy,and no related complications occurred.Conclusion The ultrasound guided crude needle biopsy can be used in the diagnosis of breast cancer disease,and lay the foundation for the patient's treatment plan.The overall diagnosis accuracy,specifi city and sensitivity are high,and can be used as an important method for the diagnosis of breast cancer.
