阿立哌唑与氯氮平对慢性精神分裂症患者疗效及脂质指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨阿立哌唑与氯氮平对慢性精神分裂症(SCH)患者疗效及脂质指标的影响。方法选取2019年7月至2020年6月辽宁省精神卫生中心分院收治的78例慢性SCH患者,随机分为观察组(n=39,给予阿立哌唑治疗)和对照组(n=39,给予氯氮平治疗)。比较两组治疗后的不良反应发生情况、治疗效果及脂质指标。结果观察组不良反应发生率、治疗总有效率、TG水平、躯体健康评分、心理健康评分、社会功能评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组HDL-C、LDL-C、TC水平、物质生活评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在慢性SCH患者的临床治疗中,阿立哌唑较氯氮平的治疗效果更佳、不良反应少,但脂质指标无显著改变。Objective To investigate the eff ects of aripiprazole and clozapine on the effi cacy and lipid indexes of patients with chronic schizophrenia(SCH).Methods A total of 78 patients with chronic SCH admitted to the branch of Liaoning Provincial Mental Health Center Branch from July 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into observation group(n=39,given aripiprazole tr eatment)and control group(n=39,given clozapine treatment).The occurrence of adverse reactions,therapeutic eff ects and lipid indexes were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The incidence of adverse reactions,total eff ective rate of treatment,TG level,physical health score,mental health score,and social function score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).There was no signifi cant diff erence between the two groups of HDL-C,LDL-C,TC levels,and material life scores(P>0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole is more eff ective than clozapine in the clinical treatment of patients with chronic SCH,with less adverse reactions,but the lipid index has no signifi cant change.
