阿立哌唑联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症患者的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对精神分裂症患者应用阿立哌唑联合利培酮治疗的效果。方法本研究对象为2017年12月至2019年12月在我院接受治疗的50例精神分裂症患者,随机分为对照组(n=25,单用利培酮进行治疗)和观察组(n=25,在对照组基础上加用阿立哌唑治疗)。比较两组患者的疗效、阳性和阴性精神症状评定量表(PANSS)评分及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率(92.00%)明显高于对照组(68.00%),P<0.05。治疗2周、4周、8周后,观察组阳性精神症状评分、阴性精神症状评分显著低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组并发症发生率(8.00%)明显低于对照组(28.00%),P<0.05。结论阿立哌唑联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症患者的临床效果显著,能有效改善患者的临床症状,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To investigate the eff ect of aripiprazole combined with risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods The object of this study is 50 patients with schizophrenia who were treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=25,treated with risperidone alone)and an observation group(n=25,add aripiprazole to the control group).The effi cacy,PANSS scores and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(92.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(68.00%),P<0.05.After 2 weeks,4 weeks,and 8 weeks of treatment,the positive and negative mental symptoms scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the observation group(8.00%)was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group(28.00%),P<0.05.Conclusion Aripiprazole combined with risperidone has a signifi cant clinical eff ect in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia,which can eff ectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
