活血化瘀汤联合康复理疗对脑梗死后遗症患者血流动力学及脑血管功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨活血化瘀汤联合康复理疗对脑梗死后遗症患者血流动力学及脑血管功能的影响。方法选择2018年2月至2019年8月于我院接受治疗的80例脑梗死后遗症患者作为研究对象,随机分为2组,各40例。两组患者均给予饮食调养及常规药物治疗,对照组加用活血化瘀汤,观察组在对照组的基础上进行康复理疗,两组均连续治疗4周,观察两组患者的血流动力学及脑血管功能。结果治疗4周后,观察组患者的血流动力学指标水平均较对照组低,两组血流速度较治疗前快,且观察组更快;两组患者特性阻抗、动态阻抗及脑血管外周阻力均低于治疗前,且观察组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活血化瘀汤联合康复理疗对脑梗死后遗症患者进行治疗,可有效改善患者血流动力学及脑血管功能,具有较好的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the eff ect of huoxue huayu decoction combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy on hemodynamics and cerebrovascular function in patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into 2 groups,40 each.The two groups were treated with diet and routine medicine,the control group was treated with huoxue huayu decoction,the observation group was treated with rehabilitation physiotherapy on the basis of the control group,and the two groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks to observe the hemodynamics and cerebrovascular function of the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the hemodynamic indexes of the observation group were all higher control group was low,the blood fl ow velocity of the two groups was faster than before treatment,and the observation group was faster,the characteristic impedance,dynamic impedance and cerebrovascular peripheral resistance of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue huayu decoction combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy can eff ectively improve hemodynamics and cerebrovascular function of patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction,and has better therapeutic eff ect.
