摘　　要：建立一种能够有效提高原料胶中菌落总数的检出率的检测方法。用无菌均质袋代替平皿,并利用样品本身的遇水凝固(如原料胶类)或粘稠的性质,定量测定粘稠样品中的菌落总数。通过与国标法对比试验数据,可以得出,本方法准确性强,同时实现了检出率小于1。本研究的检测方法通过试验验证及数据分析,均质袋检测法与国标方法的检测结果无显著性差异,均质袋法适用于粘稠样品中菌体含量的检测。To establish a method that can effectively improve the detection rate of bacteria in viscous samples,with high accuracy,and achieve the detection rate of less than 1.With aseptic homogeneous bag instead of dish and using the water solidification(such as raw material glue)or the viscous property of the sample itself,to quantitative determination of the content of bacteria in the viscous sample.The method is accurate and the detection rate is less than 1.The method studied in this paper is verified by experiment and data analysis.There is no significant difference between the test results of homogeneous bag method and the national standard method.The homogeneous bag method is suitable for the detection of the content of bacteria in viscous samples.
