摘　　要：服务水平主要反映道路服务质量或满意程度,是道路规划、设计、建设及管理的重要依据。首先对中美城市道路路段服务水平的研究方法进行了梳理,并从评价标准、评价指标、数据采集三个方面进行了对比分析,最后对中国城市道路路段服务水平评价方法进行了展望。The service level of road mainly represents service quality or satisfaction of road,which is a key element for road planning,road design,road construction and management.This paper combs two countries’evaluation method on road service level from three perspectives:evaluation standard,evaluation index and data collection.Finally the future of evaluation method on urban road service level is studied.
