利用既有铁路开行市域铁路方案研究——以苏南新长铁路为例

摘　　要：随着我国城市交通压力与日俱增,对城市空间结构进行调整和战略引导的问题愈发突出,中心城区与卫星城镇的交通成为影响都市圈可持续发展的关键因素,市域铁路作为城市中心城区联接周边城镇组团之间的通勤化、快速度、大运量的轨道交通系统,是城市综合交通系统的重要组成部分。目前,市域铁路发展滞后,有效供给能力不足,成为城市公共交通的短板。以苏南新长铁路为例,研究了开放预留车站运行内燃动车组方案、电气化运行“绿巨人”+开放预留车站方案、双线电气化改造方案,提出新长铁路市域化双线电气化改造方案的建议,旨在对类似项目前期研究提供借鉴。With the ever growing traffic congestion in the metropolitan area of China,the issues of urban spatial structure adjustment and strategic guidance become more and more prominent.The traffic between the central urban area and satellite towns has become a key factor affecting the sustainable development of the metropolitan area.As a commuter,fast speed and large volume rail transit system connecting the surrounding urban groups in the central urban area,the city railway is an important component of the urban comprehensive transportation system.At present,the development of urban railway lags behind and the effective supply capacity is insufficient,which has become the short board of urban public transport.Taking Xinchang railway in southern Jiangsu Province as an example,this paper studies the schemes of open reserved stations for operation of EMUs,electrified operation"Hulk"+open reserved stations,double line electrified transformation,and puts forward the proposals for the regional double line electrified transformation of Xinchang railway,aiming at the preliminary study of similar projects To provide reference.
