摘 要:为解决我国武术教学改革中出现的一系列问题,从提高学生运动能力、健康水平和传承国脉出发,运用文献研究、专家访谈、逻辑分析等方法,回归本源思维,研究武术教学改革内部理路,对武术教学改革方式进行探究,寻找武术教学改革的推进逻辑,完善中华优秀传统文化教育。研究认为:1)在以生为本、能力优先的武术教学渐进式改革发展中,促进学生主体感知发展,唤醒学生的主体体验,是以完成技术赋能的武术教学任务为最终归宿和载体,而圆满完成这一任务,建构学校武术教学、科研、训练竞赛的一体化模式,是对武术人才培养的深刻变革。2)在以生为本、知识优先的武术教学激进式改革发展中,告别“舒适区”,健身防身互根互体、线上线下有机结合,建构自主参与,自然、舒适的学习环境,是对武术人才培养的现代化教学创新。In order to solve a series of problems in Wushu teaching reform,starting from improving students'athletic ability,health level and inheriting national heritage,using methods such as literature research,expert interviews,and logic analysis,the authors study the internal rationale of Wushu teaching reform,explore the reform mode,seek for the promotion logic for the reform,and perfect Chinese conventional culture education.It is believed that:1)In the gradual reform and development of Wushu teaching based on student-oriented and ability-first,to promote the development of student perception and awaken the subjective experience of students,it is to complete the Wushu teaching task empowered by technology.To complete the task,it has constructed an integrated model of school Wushu teaching,scientific research,training and competition,which is a profound change in the training of Wushu talents.2)In the radical reform and development of Wushu teaching based on student-oriented and knowledge-first,to construct a natural and comfortable learning environment for independent participation with self-defense and exercise,organic integration of online and offline,is a modern teaching innovation for talent training.
