自制外套管辅助下食管尖锐异物内镜取出术的安全有效性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨在胃镜外套管辅助下取出食管尖锐异物的有效性及安全性。方法回顾性分析空军特色医学中心2001年8月至2019年10月收治的81例食管尖锐异物患者临床资料,分为外套管辅助组和无外套管组,比较两组之间异物取出成功率、内镜操作时间及并发症发生情况等。结果两组取出异物成功率均为100.00%,外套管辅助组内镜操作时间短于无外套管组[2.00(1.77,2.50)min vs 3.00(2.17,3.83)min,P<0.001],且并发症发生率明显低于无外套管组(2.50%vs 34.15%,P<0.001)。结论应用自制胃镜外套管辅助取出食管尖锐异物可有效缩短操作时间,降低操作相关并发症发生的风险,是一种安全有效的内镜治疗措施,值得临床应用推广。Objective To explore the value of overtube assisted gastroscopy for sharp foreign body in esophagus.Methods Clinical information of 81 cases with esophageal foreign body were retrospectively collected at our center.Patients were divided into overtube-assisted endoscopy group and traditional endoscopy group.Comparations were made for success rates of foreign body removal,endoscopic operation time and procedure related complications.Results The success rates of foreign body removal in both groups were 100%.The operation time in overtube-assisted endoscopy group was significantly less than the traditional endoscopy group[2.00(1.77,2.50)min vs 3.00(2.17,3.83)min,P<0.001].The rate of complications in the group of using overtube were lower than the traditional endoscopy group(2.50%vs 34.15%,P<0.001).Conclusion Compared to traditional endoscopy,overtube assisted gastroscopy could shorten procedure time and reduce complication events.
