摘  要:利用分子泳镀工艺,将二硫化钼粉末、耐磨料、阴离子或阳离子水性树脂以及相关功能助剂混合做成泳镀液,以导电的工件为阴极(或阳极),以金属槽壁为阳极(阴极),在泳镀液中加载电荷场,使阳极(或阴极)离子承载二硫化钼分子、耐磨料分子、树脂分子及相关助剂离子做定向移动,在工件表面沉积,逐步形成一层致密均匀的二硫化钼润滑耐磨膜。通过调整电压、电流及电泳时间,精确控制涂覆层的厚度,解决喷涂工艺中喷枪喷不到和喷涂膜厚误差大、不均匀的问题。Molybdenum disulfide powder,wear-resistant material,anionic or cationic water-based resin and related functional additives were mixed to make the electroplating bath.The conductive workpiece is used as the cathode(or anode),and the metal tank wall is used as the anode(or cathode).A charge field is loaded in the electrophoresis bath,so that the anode(or cathode)ions do directional movement,carrying molybdenum disulfide molecule,wear-resistant material molecule,resin molecules and related auxiliary ions.The loaded molecules and ions deposit on the surface of the workpiece,forming a dense and uniform molybdenum disulfide lubrication and wear-resistant coating.By adjusting the voltage,current and electrophoresis time,the thickness of the coating layer can be accurately controlled,and the problems of spray gun failure,large error and nonuniformity of spraying film thickness are solved.
