摘  要:为了提高菇房食用菌的生产效率,降低人工成本,设计了基于PLC的温湿度控制系统。利用S7-200PLC分别对温度、湿度这两个环境因子进行独立式控制设计,采用SMART LINE 1000 IE触摸屏作为菇房温湿度上位机集中控制平台的开发平台。通过对菇房温湿度控制系统试验平台的调试与试验,结果表明:串口通信稳定,SMART LINE 1000 IE触摸屏上位机控制系统的各项功能正常,能实现对PLC的控制,数据库系统能够实现对数据的记录和查询。In order to improve the production efficiency and reduce the labor cost of edible fungi in mushroom cultivating houses,a temperature and humidity control system based on PLC was designed.The two environmental factors,temperature and humidity,were independently controlled by S7-200 PLC.The SMART LINE 1000 IE touch screen was used as the development platform of the centralized control platform of the upper computer of temperature and humidity in the mushroom cultivating house.Through the debugging and testing of the temperature and humidity control system test platform of the mushroom cultivating house,the results show that the serial communication is stable,the various functions of the control system of SMART LINE 1000 IE touch screen upper computer are normal,the PLC control could be realized,and the database system could record and query data.
