摘　　要：根据我国高校科技成果转化率和转化模式的现状,分析阻碍高校科技成果转化效率的影响因素。阐述三螺旋理论在高校科技成果转化中的优势和应用现状,进一步提出基于三螺旋模型的高校科技成果转化新模式。According to the implementation data of the transformation rate and transformation patterns of scientific and technological achievements in domestic universities,the influencing factors that hinder the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements in universities are analyzed.It was explained the advantages and application situation of the triple helix theory in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and uni⁃versities.A new model of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities based on the triple helix model is further proposed.
