摘 要:国电青山热电有限公司在推进ERP项目的实施过程中遇到了一系列难题,其中总结了一些难题的原因和解决方案。对于ERP实施过程中的难题分为4个方面:现有管理体系的缺陷、管理流程匹配的问题、制度的保障不到位、人员素质与理念的问题。其实主要是人的问题,员工与员工的协调、部门与部门的协调也横插在ERP实施推进的道路上,公司希望可以借此机会将内部矛盾做到统合与解决。针对这些问题,公司进行了一系列的协调与安排,做出了解决方案,根据公司的发展战略目标,确定公司管理提升方向,明确公司对ERP软件实施的目标和效果,加强对员工软件水平的培训和培养,优化业务流程,强化“人”在实施中的作用。In response to the call of CHN Energy,Qingshan Company encountered a series of problems in the implementation of ERP project,and summarized the causes and solutions of some problems,which are divided as following four aspects:defects in existing management system;mismatching in management pro⁃cess;inadequate system guarantee;and poor quality and backward concept of personnel.In fact,it is main⁃ly a problem of people.The poor coordination between employees,and between departments is a stumbling block on the implementation of ERP.So the company hopes to analyze and resolve internal conflicts by this opportunity.For these problems,the company conducted coordination and arrangements,and made a solution to them.First,according to the company’s development strategy goals,determine its management improve⁃ment direction,and clarify its goals and effects of ERP software implementation,then strengthen the train⁃ing of employees on software application,and finally optimize the business process.Moreover,in the whole process,the role of people is enhanced.
