摘　　要：ERP系统对于优化企业管理,改善企业业务流程,提高企业核心竞争力有着显著作用。依据某些企业ERP系统实施状况分析,ERP系统培训是ERP系统能够成功实施的关键要素。文章阐述了ERP系统培训的重要性,并从ERP系统培训规划、培训体系建立、培训内容、培训评估等方面提出了一些建议。The ERP system plays a significant role in enterprises during optimizing management,improving business processes,and enhancing core competitiveness.After analyzing the implementation status of ERP systems in some enterprises,it can be concluded that training for ERP system is a key element for the suc⁃cessful implementation of ERP system.This article expounds the importance of ERP system training,and puts forward some suggestions from ERP system training planning,training system establishment,training content,training evaluation,etc.
