摘　　要：随着国家能源集团一体化集中管控建设的推进,全面推广应用ERP财务管理系统已成为火电企业实现业财融合、数据共享、提高竞争力的途径和趋势。本文对谏壁发电厂实施与应用ERP财务管理进行了研究,并提出了建议措施。With the advancement of integrated centralized control construction in CHN Energy,comprehen⁃sive promotion and application of financial management system based on ERP is a way and trend for ther⁃mal power enterprises to achieve business and finance integration,data sharing and competitiveness improve⁃ment.This article studies the implementation and application of financial management system based on ERP in Jianbi Power Plant,and proposes some suggestions.
