超高度近视在两种屈光矫正方式下的视觉质量比较研究

摘　　要：目的:运用双通道客观视觉质量分析系统(Ⅱ)测量并比较超高度近视患者在佩戴框架眼镜和软性接触镜两种方式下的视觉质量。方法:收集从2018年9月至2019年5月在安徽医科大学第二附属医院眼科就诊的超高度近视患者22人(30只眼),使用OQAS-Ⅱ测量超高度近视患者先后佩戴框架眼镜和软性接触镜的视觉质量,获得相关参数OSI、MTF cutoff、SR、OV100%、OV20%和OV9%,并加以比较。结果:佩戴框架眼镜和软性接触镜时的OSI和SR,差异无统计学意义;在MTF cutoff、OV100%、OV20%和OV9%这些方面,差异均有统计学意义。结论:当被检眼近视度数超过-10D,散光度数≧0.5D时,佩戴框架眼镜和软性角膜接触镜时的OSI和SR间无明显差别;佩戴框架眼镜时的MTF cutoff、OV100%、OV20%、OV9%较佩戴软性角膜接触镜时更好;综上,对超高度近视患者,戴框架眼镜可以获得更好的视觉质量。Objective:UsingOQAS-Ⅱ(optical quality analysis systemⅡ)to investigate and compare image quality among super high myopia patients with two differerent refractive corrections,spectacle lenses and soft contact lenses.Methods:Twenty-two super high myopia patients(30 eyes)from second affiliated hospital of Anhui Medical University were enrolled in this study.Each patient was measured by OQAS-Ⅱfor OSI,SR,MTF cutoff,OV100%,OV20%and OV9%with two different refractive corrections.Then the statistics from two different corrections were compared.Results:No significant difference was found in OSI and SR between two refractive corrections.In MTF cutoff,OV100%,OV20%and OV9%,spectacle lense behaves better than soft contact lense.Conclusion:In summary,spectacle lense is better for super high myopia patients to get a good image quality than soft contact lense,while observer has ocular astigmatism higher than 0.5D.
