摘 要:为了提升平拱结构的节能环保性,通过氢氧化钙、聚羧酸减水剂的引入得到了高强建筑石膏砌块并加工成砌块平拱。然后从承载力和变形方面深入研究了抗弯性能,给出了理论分析模式,并进行了试验验证和关键参数的测定。研究表明:(1)高强石膏砌块平拱可达到较强的承载力和抗变形能力,能满足工程结构对受弯构件的性能要求。只要承载力满足要求,在抗变形能力方面一般具有较大的储备。(2)通过提升石膏砌块及其粘结剂的性能,还可提高石膏砌块平拱在同等跨度下的受弯承载能力或在同等荷载作用下的适用跨度范围。(3)高强砌块的软化系数接近于1,说明耐水性良好。本研究验证了高强石膏砌块平拱的可行性与合理性,为其在受弯构件中的应用提供了技术依据,同时还提出了将其与次梁组合起来形成楼盖的技术方案。In order to improve the energy saving and environmental protection property of flat arch,high strength building gypsum blocks were obtained through the introduction of calcium hydroxide and polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and then processed into gypsum block flat arch.Bending resistance of the flat arch was studied in depth from the aspects of bearing capacity and deformation.Theoretical analysis mode was proposed.The experimental verification and determination of key parameters were then carried out.Results show:(1)high-strength gypsum block flat arch can achieve strong bearing capacity and resistance to deformation,which can meet the performance requirements of bending members in engineering structures.As long as the bearing capacity meets the requirements,flat arch generally has a large reserve in terms of deformation resistance.(2)by improving the strength of gypsum block and the adhesive,bending capacity of gypsum block flat arch under the same span or the applicable span range under the same load can be improved.(3)softening coefficient of the high-strength block is close to 1,which means that it has good water resistance.This study verified the feasibility and rationality of high-strength gypsum block flat arch,and provided technical reference for its application in bending members.Meanwhile,a technical scheme of combining gypsum block flat arch with secondary beams to form floor structures was also proposed.
