摘 要:目的探究nm23-H1和HBME-1在乳头状甲状腺癌中的表达情况与临床意义。方法选取2010年1月—2018年1月行外科手术治疗的乳头状甲状腺癌患者90例,对患者的癌组织与癌旁组织标本的nm23-H1和HBME-1蛋白与mRNA进行检测。比较癌组织与癌旁组织、复发与未复发患者的nm23-H1和HBME-1表达水平,并分析nm23-H1和HBME-1表达与患者病理特征的关系。结果癌组织中nm23-H1和HBME-1的蛋白与mRNA表达水平均高于癌旁组织(P<0.05,P<0.01)。癌组织nm23-H1和HBME-1的蛋白与mRNA表达水平与患者的肿瘤直径、颈部淋巴结转移、临床分期有相关性,其中肿瘤直径>1 cm、伴有颈部淋巴结转移、临床Ⅲ和Ⅳ期患者的nm23-H1和HBME-1的蛋白和mRNA表达水平更高(P<0.05,P<0.01),而与患者的年龄、性别无相关性(P>0.05)。2年内复发患者8例,复发率为8.89%。复发患者的nm23-H1和HBME-1蛋白与mRNA表达水平均显著高于未复发患者(P<0.01)。结论nm23-H1和HBME-1的表达水平与乳头状甲状腺癌的临床病理特征具有相关性,nm23-H1和HBME-1的高表达提示患者的不良预后。Objective To investigate the expression of nm23-H1 and HBME-1 in papillary thyroid cancer(PTC)and its clinical significance.Methods A total of 90 patients with PTC who underwent surgical treatment from January 2010 to January 2018 were selected,and the nm23-H1 and HBME-1 protein and mRNA in the cancer tissue and paracancerous tissue of the patients were detected.The expression levels of nm23-H1 and HBME-1 in cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues,relapsed and non-relapsed patients were compared,and the relationship of nm23-H1 and HBME-1 expression to pathological characteristics of patients was analyzed.Results The protein and mRNA expression levels of nm23-H1 and HBME-1 in cancer tissues were higher than those in paracancerous tissues(P>0.05,P>0.01).The protein and mRNA expression levels of nm23-H1 and HBME-1 in cancer tissues were correlated with the patient's tumor diameter,cervical lymph node metastasis,and clinical stage.The protein and mRNA expression levels of nm23-H1 and HBME-1 in patients with tumor diameters>1 cm,cervical lymph node metastasis,clinical stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ patients were higher(P<0.05,P<0.01),and there was no correlation with the patient's age and gender(P>0.05).8 patients relapsed within 2 years,and the recurrence rate was 8.89%.The protein and mRNA expression levels of nm23-H1 and HBME-1 in relapsed patients were significantly higher than those of non-relapsed patients(P<0.01).Conclusion The expression levels of nm23-H1 and HBME-1 are correlated with the clinicopathological characteristics of PTC,and the high expression of nm23-H1 and HBME-1 indicates a poor prognosis.
