摘 要:通过单因素和正交试验对多糖提取工艺中的料液比、提取时间、提取温度等进行优化,并以维生素C(Vc)为阳性对照,对滇黄精多糖进行抗氧化活性研究.结果表明,在最佳提取工艺即料液比为1∶20,提取时间为2 h,提取温度为80℃时,滇黄精多糖提取率达13.34%,并且在一定浓度下,滇黄精多糖对DPPH自由基、羟基自由基以及超氧阴离子自由基有不同程度清除作用,具有一定的抗氧化活性.In this research, the effects of the material-liquid ratio, the extraction time and extraction temperature in the extraction process of polysaccharide from Polygonatum kingianum were investigated by the single-factor and orthogonal tests. And the antioxidant activity of polysaccharide was studied by using vitamin C(Vc) as a positive control. The results showed that the best extraction conditions of polysaccharide from Polygonatum kingianum were as follows: the material-liquid ratio was 1∶20, the extraction time was 2 h, and the extraction temperature was 80 ℃. Under the best extraction conditions, the extraction rate of polysaccharide was 13.34%. And polysaccharide from Polygonatum kingianum showed some ability to scavenge DPPH free radicals, hydroxyl free radicals and superoxide anion free radicals to varying degrees, and had certain antioxidant activity.
