摘　　要：胰腺癌恶性度高,手术、放射治疗和化疗等综合治疗逐渐成为临床各期胰腺癌治疗的重要手段,但国内目前尚缺少对胰腺癌放射治疗系列问题的详细阐述。为此,专家共识组发布《胰腺癌放射治疗共识》,该共识结合理论与实践,详细阐述胰腺癌放射治疗适应证,具体讨论靶区勾画、剂量以及定位和质量控制的内容,以期更好的为不同级别医院实施胰腺癌放射治疗提供参考,使更多的胰腺癌患者能从放射治疗中获益。With high degree of malignancy of pancreatic cancer,comprehensive treatment,such as surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,has gradually become an important measure for the treatment of pancreatic cancer at all clinical stages.However,there is still a lack of detailed elaboration on the series of problems about radiotherapy for pancreatic cancer in China.So the expert consensus group published“the Consensus on radiation therapy for pancreatic cancer”.This consensus combined theory and practice,and elaborated the indications of the radiotherapy of pancreatic cancer,and specifically discussed the contents of target region delineation,dose,location and quality control,so as to provide better reference for implementing radiotherapy of pancreatic cancer in hospitals of different levels,so that more patients with pancreatic cancer can benefit from radiotherapy.
